Position Summary
Nel ruolo di Assistant Housekeeping Manager supporterai la nostra Housekeeping Manager nella gestione delle operazioni quotidiane del reparto housekeeping nel rispetto dei più alti standard qualitativi e contribuendo alla creazione di esperienze autentiche e memorabili per i nostri ospiti.
**Job Description**:
Fornisce agli ospiti un servizio di eccellenza nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure operative del reparto Housekeeping
Risponde a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti in maniera cordiale e tempestiva
Personalizza i servizi in camera o in suite in base alle esigenze e ai desideri degli ospiti
Garantisce la privacy e la sicurezza degli ospiti proteggendo le informazioni riservate
Dimostra un atteggiamento aperto e proattivo nella collaborazione con gli altri reparti
Job Requirements
Esperienza di almeno due anni in posizione simile in un contesto analogo
Conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese
Passione per il servizio di eccellenza e per la personalizzazione dei servizi per l’ospite, per la creazione di un’esperienza autentica e personalizzata
