We are looking for a **Head of Administration** to join our team at **Mariano Comense (CO)** for a **maternity leave cover (approximately 12 months)**. The role will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Supervise and coordinate all accounting and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with civil and tax regulations;
- Manage general and analytical accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, and closing adjustments;
- Oversee periodic and annual tax filings (VAT, 770, Corporate Income Tax, IRAP, etc.);
- Prepare financial reports and support the drafting of the annual financial statements;
- Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and control bodies;
- Support Management in financial planning and process optimization initiatives;
- Ensure that all accounting and administrative procedures are properly maintained and aligned with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics or Diploma in Accounting, with solid experience in a similar role;
- **10 years of experience** in accounting and administration, preferably with team management responsibilities;
- Strong knowledge of Italian accounting and tax regulations;
- Excellent command of **Excel** and preferably **Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)**;
- Good command of English (spoken and written);
- Leadership, reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while managing priorities and deadlines.
