Le risorse dovranno occuparsi di assistenza telefonica tramite:
- gestione telefonica della clientela
- aggiornamento customer data base
- attività di back office
- supporto tecnico amministrativo
- attività di cross selling
Requisiti:
- Titolo di studio: Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione su attività di contact center inbound - back office e outbound
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office
- Ottima conoscenza di Outlook
- Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento all'utente e al problem solving
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni serali e notturni
Si offre corso di formazione, da remoto, dal **29** **05 al 13.06 **con richiesta disponibilità in fascia oraria 9.00 - 15.30
Al termine del corso si offre inserimento lavorativo con contratto iniziale P. Time di 1 mese con possibilità di proroga con richiesta disponibilità dal Lunedì alla Domenica con due giorni di riposo a rotazione
Orario di lavoro: su turni preventivamente comunicati
Monte ore: 20 ore settimanali con concreta possibilità di supplementari
Inquadramento: 2 Liv Tlc
Sede di lavoro: Strada padana superiore, Cernusco sul Naviglio
