**CAREER COACH**

**Posizione**:
Sei una persona dinamica, motivata e con una forte propensione al dialogo e all’ascolto? Hai voglia di far parte di una squadra e costruire un percorso nella consulenza professionale e orientamento al lavoro? Questo è il ruolo giusto per te

**Attività principali**:

- Condurre colloqui di orientamento con cittadini disoccupati, guidandoli verso i servizi più adatti a favorire il loro reinserimento nel mondo del lavoro
- Realizzare colloqui mirati per individuare risorse, competenze e potenzialità personali e professionali di ciascun utente
- Agevolare l’incontro tra domanda e offerta di lavoro, offrendo informazioni aggiornate su opportunità formative e lavorative.

**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea umanistica, sociale, economica o giuridica e/o esperienza equivalente
- Essere automunito/a
- Spiccate capacità comunicative, attitudine al problem solving e forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Propensione al dialogo e all'ascolto
- Dinamismo e attitudine a lavorare in team

Esperienza pregressa in contesti simili sarà considerata un plus
