**About the Company**: for a multinational company operating in the Food Supplements sector, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an **IT Manager**.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objectives;
- Building and leading a team of IT professionals;
- Liasing with partners and suppliers;
- Overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure in compliance with security standards and best practices.

**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating system;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Dynamics, Active Directory;
- Knowledge of ERP systems;
- Experience in Project Management and coordinating an internal team, vendors and external partners;
- Fluency in oral and written English and Italian.

**Nice to have**:

- Previous experience in ERP migration;
- Previous experience in the manifacturing sector;
- Knowledge of security systems.
