**CONCIERGE**

La figura richiesta è dotata di professionalità e comprovata esperienza in ruolo analogo preferibilmente in strutture di fascia alta. L'Head Concierge di un hotel 5 Stelle lusso è un capo servizio, al pari del Front Office Manager, ma che si occupa delle richieste degli Ospiti fornendo un servizio eccellente sotto ogni aspetto, cercando di superare le aspettative dei nostri Clienti e rendendo il loro soggiorno unico nel suo genere.

Coordina lo Staff di Ricevimento che copre il turno di conciergerie e ne supervisiona le operazioni.

Principali compiti e responsabilità:

- Gestire le richieste di servizi per gli Ospiti
- Agire come punto di riferimento per gli Ospiti che necessitano di assistenza o informazioni e assecondare i loro desideri ed esigenze;
- Anticipare le esigenze del cliente e fornire soluzioni personalizzate suggerendo attività, servizi di interesse forniti dall'hotel o dall’area circostante;
- Su richiesta dei Clienti, prenotare e suggerire attività, tour, ristoranti, servizi di transfer, ecc
- Avere conoscenza dei prodotti, dei servizi e una buona conoscenza del territorio e di ciò che lo caratterizza;
- Essendo inserito in postazione Front Office deve essere in grado di portare a termine le primarie procedure della Reception.

Si richiede:

- Esperienza professionale nello stesso ruolo.
- Livello avanzato di conoscenza della lingua inglese. Una terza lingua sarà apprezzata.
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint e posta elettronica outlook)
- Possedere eccellenti capacità organizzative.
- Forte passione per l'ospitalità e l'attenzione ai dettagli.
- Buone capacità di problem solving, doti organizzative, predisposizione al Cliente e al perseguimento dell'eccellenza necessaria in un contesto 5 Stelle Lusso.
- Apertura mentale e avere un approccio positivo.
- Essere in grado di comunicare fluentemente in inglese con gli Ospiti.
- Empatia e capacità di anticipare le esigenze dei Clienti.
- Sorriso, professionalità e affabilità sono caratteristiche essenziali del profilo ricercato.
