Job Description

Your **to-do list**:

- Manage the day-to-day project activities of creative team members (360° campaigns, commercials, digital activations, etc.).
- Directs all phases of creative work from concept to production.
- Work with the Executive Creative Director to ensure the quality of all creative deliverables throughout the project.
- Lead creative presentations to the global client.
- Lead creative work for pitches and new business responses.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Promote a culture of creative excellence and innovation.
- Responsible for inspiring and motivating creative team, mentor and grow talents.

**Leo Burnett** is looking for a **Creative Director with a Copywriter background** for its Turin offices

You'll be a part and lead a multidisciplinary team, through development and execution of international projects for our exciting global brand FIAT.

Qualifications

If in your **past experience you**:

- Learned the ability to craft the creative work in terms of copywriting: concepts, scripts, dialogues, storytelling, claims.
- Managed all steps required in the creative development process, including production and presentation to the client.
- Got capacity to provide clear feedback to all disciplines and to translate feedback from the Executive Creative Director, clients, and the team into action.
- Grown strong leadership and people management skills.

If **you** are/have:

- Passionate about trends and innovations.
- Fluent English
- 10 years’ experience in International communication agencies.
- Recognized expertise in traditional advertising, digital and collaterals.
- Excellent presentation skills that foster and develop existing and new client relationships.
- Proven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills.
- A strong passion for strategic thinking.
