**Position: Internship - Operations**

We are currently offering in **JTB Italy srl based in Rome an internship experience**in the Operations department for a big global sports events that will be held in Milano and other cities.
- A passion for tourism and event industry
- A natural curiosity for the hospitality environment and the passion to share her/his enthusiasm & knowledge
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow along and with a market leading company
- Be able to identify clients’ needs and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt logistics and travel planning to ensure efficiency and punctuality for stakeholders

**Responsibilities include**
- Assist the Project managers during creation, plan and delivery of events, mostly for Japanese clients across the year
- Proposal creation with a fresh eye for new types of presentations and tools
- Support during logistics preparation including venues for the games as well as all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
- Venue searching

**Essential requirements**:

- Fluent in Japanese. Written and verbal language skills are **mandatory**:

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Being able to redact a PowerPoint in Japanese is **essential**)
