Diese Position untersteht:
Project Planning & Control Manager

Each day, you will coordinate with various departments and contribute to the continuous improvement of activities.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division within the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensures a correct and precise record of the order, any variations and consequent invoicing. Pre-pares the necessary documentation for the export of the goods and any declarations requested by the customer.
- Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, documents, payments) by coordinating with Sales, Project Manager and Engineer, Shipping Management, and other internal and/or ex-ternal teams. Support resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
- Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
- Gather and analyze stakeholders feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements
- Support Project Management activities with documents control to ensure an effective management

**Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and SAP
- Language - good knowledge of English, Italian (Essential)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Master’s degree
