We are currently seeking a Tax Consultant with expertise in Regulatory Solutions. As a member of the Regulatory Solutions team, you will take a lead role in driving global initiatives and solutions such as Tax Provision and Reporting, Global Minimum Tax, CbCR (and many more). Your primary responsibility will be to support the organization in designing, developing, and bringing to market solutions for the digitalization of the Office of Tax.

You will:
Learn and master CCH Tagetik Platform and Solutions Offering:
- Acquire a deep understanding of the fundamental capabilities and functionalities of CCH Tagetik.- Master the relevant solutions and processes offered by CCH Tagetik, with a specific focus on the Tax area.

Study and Analyze Standards and Regulations:
- Thoroughly study the regulations and stay updated on regulatory changes relevant to our Solutions.- Share and promote knowledge in the tax field within the team.- Identify and analyze business needs stemming from regulatory requirements.

Support the Development Team:
- Analyze and design processes related to tax and accounting, managerial, and statutory reporting.- Design solution workflows and the necessary functionalities.- Gather feedback from the market, including software vendors, prospects, customers, and partners.- Translate business requirements into system requirements.- Create documentation and assets for our Solutions.- Test and review the user experience, striving for continuous improvement in existing and new solutions.

Interact with other departments and stakeholders:
- Support sales cycles by providing demonstrations and positioning our solutions to customers, prospects, and partners.- Assist Product Marketing by providing and validating content.- Support delivery services during the implementation phase, ensuring quality and gathering feedback.

You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.- Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Italian.- At least 3 years of experience in Tax Technology, Tax Advisory, Tax Law, Accounting, or Analysis.- The ability to comprehend business requirements and feedback from the market.- Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective teamwork.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
- Certification as a Tax Advisor or Chartered Accountant.- Expertise in Corporate Tax, tax accounting, tax provisioning, reporting.- Experience with CCH Tagetik platform or other CPM vendors.- Knowledge of enterprise systems and tax software.
