**Descrizione**: Per un Gruppo italiano tra i leader nel mondo dei prodotti per animali da compagnia ricerchiamo il
**Global Marketing Manager**.
A riporto dell'Amministratore Delegato, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- accrescere i canali B2C e B2B
- gestire il budget promozionale e pubblicitario per aumentare la Brand Awareness e generare valore per i propri marchi, coordinando anche le attività di marketing per le filiali estere
- definizione di piani media (OFF e ONLINE)
- integrare le attività dei Brand Manager e del Trade Marketing con la distribuzione.

Requisiti richiesti:

- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza nel marketing e nella comunicazione omnichannel, dove ha seguito attività promozionali e campagne pubblicitarie
- Laureato, preferibilmente in Economia
- Inglese fluente, gradita una seconda lingua
- Proviene da aziende del Fast Moving Consumer Goods, indispensabile aver gestito lanci di prodotti a livello internazionale
- Preferibile la conoscenza delle logiche di Trade Marketing
- Esperienza di people management

Completano il profilo capacità di analisi, comprensione dei problemi con focus su più soluzioni, brillante, veloce nell'identificare soluzioni, un capace leader.
