Key element of Global Project, Portfolio Management & OneBio® Suite with responsibility to support inter-site communication, escalations and risk mitigation across sites, while providing strategic oversight to ensure best-in-class customer service and program success
- Capable of managing cross-functional, multi-site activities for a portfolio of complex projects
- Function as the primary point of contact for customers utilizing services at integrated Catalent sites
- Be responsible for overall program success and partner relationship
- Assess project risks and support mitigation planning and tracking
- Independently identify and manage project objectives, work plans, timelines, budgets, providing formal and informal status updates to stakeholders as needed
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, cross-functional communication and decision making
- Develop relationships with key functional groups and their leadership across the organization
- Identify and support process improvements, focusing on enhancing efficiency and getting results
- Contribute to successful execution of early development strategy, goals, and activities including but not limited to building additional connections within the Catalent network
- Track and report progress across sites
- Established track record for making the link between the different technical sections of the project
- Differentiates oneself by leveraging diversity and being agile in ones thinking, assessing risk, solving problems and generating new solutions for our customers
- Established track record for mitigating risk
- Clear understanding of Catalent and offerings
- Responsible for identifying best practices and coordinate efforts to improve existing or develop new value-added processes and solutions
- Thorough understanding of financial terms and definitions as it applies to business
- Ability to identify new opportunities within client base and ability to work with business development to pursue opportunities
- Ability to independently create presentations and conduct presentation within Catalent and to clients
- Ability to transfer knowledge to others via training or mentoring of staff; demonstrated ability to guide others through communication and learning
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timelines
- Experience in managing commercial programs is preferred
