**Contract Specialist**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities include**:

- Independently negotiate and drive to closure sales related contracts.
- Review and provide feedback on bids.
- Administer and manage contracts post-execution, track and monitor contract deliverables, penalties and compliance.
- Participate in projects to improve internal processes and scale the department.
- Carry out contract research.
- Review, evaluate, and provide specific guidance concerning contracting policies and procedures.
- Develop training materials.
- Assume responsibility for template and clause library creation/maintenance, and general database management activities.
- Administer the signature process related for a variety of documents including commercial agreements (with customers and channel partners), RFP support letters, notices, etc.
- Keep documentation updated by recording process updates.

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree level or similar education.
- 3+ years of related contract management experience and/or training.
- General understanding of business and contractual principles that related to technology agreements would be an advantage.
- Experience in handling sales transactions, including the ability to oversee that company positions and policies are followed effectively.
- Familiar with managing contractual documentation.
- Experience with content management/repository tools such as SharePoint and CLMS is highly desirable.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Teams).
- Another European language is desirable, but not necessary.
