**IT Consultant ISO, Risk Management and Compliance**:
HSPI s.p.a is a strategic-directional consultancy company founded in 2003 which is now part of the TXT Group, a multinational company operating in the engineering/IT sector.

In order to expand its staff, HSPI is looking for a IT Consultant for its Bologna office; the person will be responsible for Compliance, ISO and Risk Management activities in the IT field.

The resource will have the opportunity to work for clients of primary size and importance in the Italian panorama, with the constant support of senior consultants and reference managers.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Support the Client in the definition and review of Management Systems, defined according to ISO standards (e.g.: ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO22301..etc) and Control Systems based on standards and/or Client's processes and procedures;
Carry out and support internal auditing activities, according to standards/standards or frameworks based on industry standards and best practices;
Collaborate in defining models and carrying out Risk Analysis activities;
Collaborate in the drafting and updating of Compliance policies and procedures;
Collaborate in the delivery of specialised training courses.

**Technical Requirements**:
Previous experience in the role between 3 and 5 years;
Knowledge of the IT world;
Knowledge in the field of information security;
Knowledge and experience in the definition of Management Systems defined according to ISO standards (e.g.: ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO22301, etc.);
Knowledge and experience of Audit techniques;
Experience in defining Risk Analyses;
Experience in drafting and updating Compliance policies and procedures;
Knowledge of training delivery techniques.

**Nice to have**:
Lead Auditor 27001/22301/9001/ 370001 certifications;
Experience in coordinating a project team.
