Housekeeping Attendant

**Role**

Under the direct supervision of the housekeeping management, the Housekeeping Attendant cleans and maintains all corridors, elevator landing areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel’s standards of cleanliness.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand room products, room categories and location.
- Know the room facilities.
- Handle all the guest requests following the procedures set by the hotel management.
- Handle Guest Laundry pick-up and delivery.
- Ensure to keep the flower arrangements in the corridors in good condition.
- Ensure to keep storage rooms clean and tidy at all times.
- Room cleaning.
- Assist the Housekeeping Supervisors and other Attendants.
- Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse whenever applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Italian.
- 1-year previous work experience as a Housekeeper in a similar hotel.
- Good communication skills.
- You are a team player.
