We are seeking a Human Resource Manager / Quality Manager (M/F/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.

- Responsibilities

The HR Generalist is in charge of:

- Recruiting and Hiring motivated and skilled staff in compliance with Tourism Labour Law;
- Planning, monitoring and evaluating Onboarding and Training (mandatory courses like HACCP and Health&Safety, foreign languages classes, customer centricity and managerial training courses);
- Cooperation in the Payroll processes & personnel administration as well in the accounting
- Executing the Human Resources strategy of Hotel “AROSA Lago di Garda
- Requirements
- Quality management skills are needed
- Accounting: first experience in accounting payroll etc
- Minimum 2 years work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plus
- Proactivity and passion for Talent Acquisition, Training, Careers Development, People Management, Health&Safety and Quality
- Great attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills
- Legal right to work in Italy.
