**Your Challenge**:
As **Team Leader**for** Execution of Medium Voltage System Business** your mission will be to lead a team of Project Managers in delivering Medium Voltage System projects on time and within scope. You will oversee all project phases, ensuring quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Close collaboration with clients and internal teams will be essential to resolve issues and optimize execution. You’ll also be responsible for developing team competencies and ensuring compliance with Siemens standards. Acting as the main reference point, you will monitor progress and report to Business Unit management.
**Your main activities will be**:
- Lead and coordinate a team of Project Managers in the execution of global system projects within the SI Electrification & Automation unit, covering the full lifecycle—from order intake to engineering, procurement, assembly, and testing of medium voltage switchgear and protection/control systems.
- Guide and support the PM team in managing project timelines, costs, quality, risks, change requests, and claims, ensuring both project success and customer satisfaction.
- Foster the growth of the PM community by monitoring, developing, and enhancing team skills and competencies.
- Ensure project execution complies with legal, environmental, and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and customer-specific processes.
- Act as a strategic partner to customers and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, factories, and internal departments to align resources and project goals.
- Uphold Siemens’ Project Management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines, proactively managing risks to ensure project integrity and compliance.
**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:
- Proven and solid work experience in project management within electrotechnical sector (5+ yrs)
- Excellent Customer-facing and internal interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's / Three Years Master's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Available to trips to Siemens or Third-party factories and construction sites whenever required, in order to lead and/or support either contracts discussion and/or checking project plan status
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Eligibility to work in Italy
