As a Lab Technician, within the Industrial Coating dept, you will contribute to business growth through the operative laboratory activities linked to customer development and regional new products developments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and create samples following the formula defined by lab team leader / lab mgr
- Performs product verification tests with respect to project specifications
- Decide on the color correction and under the responsibility of the lab team leader/lab mgr perform corrections on the formula
- Participate in the 6S implementation
- Completes the documentation relating to his/her competence

**Qualifications**:

- High School/Secondary degree (Liceo or Perito)
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Experience in technical laboratory activities (preferable)
- Precision and accuracy
- Basic chemical knowledge
- Initiative and proactivity
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal communication
