La Società nostra Cliente è un gruppo industriale** con diverse realtà produttive a livello globale**. Per il coordinamento di n° 2 Plant strategici italiani, ci ha incaricato di ricercare il seguente profilo:
**PLANT MANAGER**
**Posizione**:
Coordinando un team di circa 100 persone fra riporti diretti e indiretti, riporterà direttamente al CEO Italia. Saranno sue le seguenti **responsabilità**:
- Supervisione e gestione delle tematiche relative ai 2 Stabilimenti produttivi in Italia: pianificazione, produzione e produttività, manutenzione e magazzino, nonché i servizi generali di stabilimento.
- Interfaccia costante con la casa madre estera e con i colleghi di altri plant a livello globale per garantire tempestive reportistiche di budget, statistiche informazioni volte al consolidamento dei dati e al miglioramento continuo.
- Gestire l’efficienza produttiva in una logica di ottimizzazione delle risorse impiegate (umane e tecnologiche), garantendo la produzione nei tempi, nelle quantità e negli standard qualitativi definiti.
- Assicurare la disponibilità dei prodotti a magazzino per la pronta consegna, ai fini del raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti nel mese, in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali.
- L’area Logistica e Trasporti non sarà sotto la sua responsabilità.
**Requisiti**:
Il profilo, laureato / a preferibilmente in **Ingegneria con specializzazione Meccanica o Chimica**, ha maturato un’esperienza pluriennale nell’area tecnico produttiva, con focus sulla riorganizzazione e il miglioramento dei processi, idealmente in aziende che operano in contesti multinazionali.
La Risorsa ideale coniuga conoscenze dei **processi di industrializzazione** e ottimizzazione dei **processi produttivi**, con ottime doti manageriali e gestionali.
**_ Completano il profilo_**: per il ruolo ed il contesto internazionale dell’Azienda è indispensabile una **fluente conoscenza della lingua Inglese**, sia parlata che scritta; ottime capacità organizzative, di analisi, di pianificazione e flessibilità; capacità di problem solving, proattività e flessibilità, oltre che forte orientamento ai risultati e alla gestione dello stress.
