Product Assurance for Mechanical Product

Thales people architect and deliver satellite-based systems that help position, connect and observe our planet, and push the boundaries of our understanding of planet's resources. Our systems are in orbit at 400 km, 20000 km, 36000 km and beyond to the edges of the solar system. The profile will exercise the product assurance job in the mechanical domain. The daily activities will include: - Capture information about the project / product and its requirements - Create or update the quality documents in accordance with customer requirements and our Quality Management System (QMS) - Check the engineering and configuration documents - Approve the manufacturing drawing and Manufacturing Operation Sheet (MOS) for internal product - Contribute, prepare and participate for MRR & TRR customer preparation reviews, provide the quality status (NCR list, RFW list) - Contribute, prepare and participate for TRB and DRB customer reviews, provide the quality status (NCR list, RFW list) - Manage the KIPs (internal) or MIPs (With customer presence), - Contribute to the preparation of EIDPs by establishing the final list of NCRs, RFWs, "open work" list and the Certificate of Conformity - Manage the NCRs and the analyzes of major NCR and present the dispositions to customers with technical support and support the CC to solve unblock the problems in clean room if needed - Participate to supplier reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, QR MRR, KIP / MIP, TRR, TRB, DRB) with the presence of “procurement team” and decide on the success of these reviews - Exercise the right to alert in case of non-compliance with the QMS, communicate”
