Lead Project Planning Specialist

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As a Project Planner & Control, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
- Monitoring progress and producing accurate projections.
- Ensuring other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.
- Updating and reviewing the Project Schedule, assessing and verifying the progress, identifying current or possible future risks, and proposing solutions to issues;
- Maintaining and regularly communicate to his/her manager the progress & main schedule risks for each project.
- Working closely with internal functions & site team and prepare, when needed, a mitigation plan
- Showing summary indicators such as summary schedules, forecast milestones, project KPIs and prepare high level presentations for management and customer reviews.
- Keeping track of project financial milestones related to billing & sales events and preparing forecast projections and target Vs actual gap analysis.
- Monitoring fulfillment activities, certify project completeness KPIs during the project closure phase until the hand off to Site operations team.
- In case of site execution, planning and controlling site installation activities from the site opening to the final commissioning of the plant

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Be a collaborator with business partners, exhibiting sound interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate to Senior Leaders, establish credibility and indirectly influence others, building effective partnerships
- Be able to speak and write in English (advanced level).
- Be able to use Primavera P6 software
