**To support our growth, we are looking for a**:
**LAND MANAGER (W/M) - Italy**

**Your main tasks**
- **Land Identification & Evaluation**: Discover and assess potential sites suitable for greenfield solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough site assessments, cadastral evaluations, and review permitting requirements to ensure project feasibility.
- **Negotiation & Agreements**: Negotiate land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements, and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, agents, brokers, local authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing project success.
- **Permitting Process Support**: Assist in identifying professionals to draft necessary documents for the permitting process and ensure smooth project progression.
- **Project Monitoring**: Support and track the progress of ongoing development projects in collaboration with local partners.
- **Industry Insight**: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to enhance land acquisition strategies in the solar PV sector.

**Expected skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Architecture, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- **Professional Experience**: A minimum of 3 years' proven expertise in land acquisition and real estate negotiations, ideally within renewable energy or solar PV industries.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a valuable asset.
- **Skills**:
- Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to deliver executive-level reports and make informed decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
- **Other Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across Italy as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, prefer to work collaboratively and actively contribute to team spirit.
