**Posizione**:
In un'ottica di potenziamento team, **SCAI Fast**, società **SAP Partner** del **Gruppo SCAI**, ricerca un* **Jr SAP Hybris Service Manager.**
La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Attività gestionali:
- Gestione team tecnico
- Assegnazione dei ticket in base alla priorità e gestione dello stato degli stessi
- Interfaccia con il dipartimento IT del business e dei vari stakeholder coinvolti
Attività operative:
- Controllo giornaliero degli ordini
- Risoluzione dei ticket sui problemi in configurazione sui sistemi SAP Hybris
- Prima analisi dei ticket
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo di Analista Funzionale SAP Hybris o in ruoli di Governance su sistemi SAP Hybris
- Forte interesse a crescere sotto ruoli gestionali SAP
- Ottime capacità organizzative, gestionali e di problem solving
- Spiccata dinamicità e spirito d’iniziativa
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e inglese, parlata e scritta
