**Team Leader Production Engineering (M/F/D)**

**Your tasks**:

- Leads and coordinates the new product & technical change implementation
- Ensures the product introduction is carried out according to company standards:

- Develops planning for product implementation
- Implementation of the production concept and collaboration with Business unit
- Development and optimization of production engineering processes
- Implementation of new processes in plant
- Elaboration, optimization & implementation of production process standards
- Optimization of existing processes and equipment according to profitability aspects
- Organizes, prepares and facilitates sub-project meetings and provides project information to sub team members and customer project
- Directs Project Management activities
- Supports the Head of Engineering Plant in planning resources and investments for his or her respective function / team
- Coordinates the planning and management of budget for production equipment related to running production and or customer projects
- Provides regular reports to respective superior or customer project team
- Provides support in escalation topics from projects / quality complaints
- Defines, coordinates and performs training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience and experience in managing a team of people
- Excellent command of English and Bulgarian is mandatory, both written and spoken, knowledge of German would be considered as an advantage
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required
- Familiar with Process FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and systematic problem solving methodology
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work with people in a positive manner and to deal with difficult situations
