ALI Spa, società di ricerca&selezione del personale, sta cercando n.1 **PROJECT SECRETARY** per importante azienda multinazionale leader nel settore Oil/Gas - con sede a Milano Sud Est.

La risorsa andrà inserita per supportare la Task Force di Progetto e i Clienti aziendali che risiedono in Italia durante la fase progettuale. In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:

- Gestione agenda dei Client Corporate
- Organizzazione meeting online ed offline per l'esecuzione delle fasi progettuali
- Gestione ed archiviazione della documentazione di progetto sui gestionali interni
- Realizzazione di report e presentazioni ad hoc
- Smistamento della corrispondenza mail in entrata e/o uscita
- Supporto agli spostamenti del Client sul territorio
- Laurea in Lingue/Scienze Politiche/Economia come plus
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (min. C1)
- Buona conoscenza dalla lingua francese (min. B2)
- Ottime capacità di problem solving
- Attitudine al lavoro di gruppo
- Ottime capacità di relazione con diverse tipologie di interlocutori, unite a doti di discrezione e riservatezza

**Contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione, 6 +6 mesi**

**CCNL Energia e Petrolio, 14 mensilità, RAL di ca. 33 K**

**Benefit: smartworking fino a 10 gg al mese + mensa interna + ticket restaurant + premio di risultato annuale**

**Full Time, Lun-Ven**
