Il Candidato è il primo punto di contatto con gli ospiti e clienti Sales & Marketing, garante della buona riuscita del loro soggiorno presso di noi: Media, Agenti di Viaggio, Fam Trip, Site Inspections, Influencers, Content Creators, Fotografi,...

Crea gli itinerari, blocca e gestisce tutte le informazioni, inerenti i soggiorni dei clienti S&M e gestisce tutte le informazioni relative al loro soggiorno ( for esempio: transfer, biglietteria aerea, Ordine di servizio, blocco camere, cene, giri in barca, escursioni, photoshoots...)

Si assicura di avere un Model release for firmato, content per l' Hotel, e trasmette le informazioni utili agli altri reparti.

Le principali mansioni saranno:

- Garantire l’accoglienza física e telefonica all'Hotel
- Anticipare le esigenze dei nostri ospiti, rispondere alle loro richieste, informarli e consigliarli, gestire i contratti.
- Promuovere i prodotti e i servizi dell’hotel (ristorante, camere, ecc.) sul nostro Sito web
- Gestire fatture e ricevute mensilmente con l' uff. Amministrazione
- Gestire le richieste da passare all' Ufficio Grafica, da parte degli altri reparti

**Qualifiche**
- Possiede un’esperienza significativa in una posizione Reservations, Front Office, or events all’interno di una struttura di pari livello.
- Si distingue per le sue eccellenti capacità organizzative.
- Ha un atteggiamento cordiale e un sorriso accogliente.
- E' indispensabile la conoscenza di OPERA
- È indispensabile la conoscenza dell' Italiano ed una buona conoscenza dell’inglese professionale;
