**What You Will Do**

You will be responsible for a team of approx 70 people (10 salaried, 60 hourly) in the AGCO Plant of Breganze (Vicenza-Italy) which employs 980 employees.

You will oversee and manages the stages of the production flow, from material planning to the delivery of the final product to Shipping Team.
You will ensure the right amount of product is available at the right time, as well as coordinate the storage of the product, organizing the movement of components from end to end, forecasting trends and material and managing inventories.
Furthermore, you will supervise the logistic engineering activities in order to improve the flow of materials.

**What You Will Bring**
- Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
- Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance
- Ensure the level of service required in the supply to production departments
- Plan and implement logístical strategy, ensuring targets are met
- Oversee product storage, handling and distribution
- Develop new and existing relationships with supplier
- Manage and minimize the risks (for example operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the supply chain

- Transformational capabilities. Supply chain professionals operate in a dynamic environment, where they are constantly driving transformational initiatives. They must deliver on time and on budget, while generating superior results.

As the bar is constantly raised, they must excel at managing change, complex projects, and diverse talent, and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Integrated business planning. Dealing with cross-functional and cross-enterprise issues represents a large part of supply chain management. This involves integrating a company's operations side with its demand side, and embracing demand and supply integration concepts, such as sales and operations planning.
- Integrated value chain implementation. To be seen as central to the enterprise's success, supply chain professionals must exceed customer expectations and become integral to delivering outstanding value.
- Linking supply chain performance to organizational success. World-class supply chain professionals combine expertise in material flow management with outstanding knowledge of information and financial flow.
- University Engineering degree coupled with several years of supervisory experience. Concentration on Supply Chain Management is a strong plus.
- Experience on Continuous Improvement methods
- Excellent communication / strong people development attitude
