La Nostra Storia

iziwork viene fondata nel Settembre 2018 da Alexandre Dardy (ex. McKinsey e Co-founder di Lazada, venduta per 3.2Bn$ ad Alibaba dopo 6 anni) e Mehdi Tahri (ex. McKinsey, Amazon).

In soli 18 mesi siamo diventati la piattaforma digitale leader del settore per il lavoro temporaneo in Francia, con un raddoppio del fatturato ogni 2 mesi

In Italia, a 1 anno dal lancio questi sono i nostri numeri: un team di oltre 90 persone in continua crescita, un’app con 50.000 download e più di 150.000 lavoratori iscritti alla nostra piattaforma

Abbiamo un obiettivo ambizioso: ridefinire il mercato del lavoro temporaneo (un mercato da 150 miliardi in Europa) con un modello scalabile che metta l’accento sui lavoratori.

**Descrizione missione**:
Per il nostro HQ di Milano, stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire in un percorso di stage formativo a fini di inserimento nel ruolo di B2C Associate.

Il team B2C si occupa di tutte le attività che concernono l’acquisizione ed ingresso dei lavoratori nella piattaforma iziwork.

E’ un team in costante crescita, centrale a livello di operatività ed in continua coordinazione con altre funzioni all’interno del dipartimento operations e del team commerciale.

In qualità di B2C associate, imparerai a:

- Gestire e monitorare l’attività di posting su piattaforme digitali di ricerca lavoratori
- Creare ed implementare campagne CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Analizzare i risultati delle attività sopra citate, al fine di miglioramento dei risultati

Tutto questo, in coordinazione con altri dipartimenti aziendali (esempio: team commerciale), al fine del conseguimento di migliori risultati sugli incarichi prestabiliti.

**Retribuzione e Benefit**:

- Compenso: 500 € per mese

**Prerequisiti**:

- Ottime abilità di problem solving e solide capacità analitiche
- Ottime doti di comunicazione (scritte e orali) e sicurezza nel relazionarsi con il prossimo in un contesto lavorativo
- Proattività, voglia di fare e crescere in un ambiente dinamico ed in continua crescita
- Ottimo background accademico
- Interesse per il mondo start-up e tecnologia
- Interesse in ambito digital marketing (preferibile ma non essenziale)
- Ambizione di intraprendere una carriera in ambito manageriale
