Il nostro cliente è un’azienda italiana che si posiziona come leader internazionale in ambito estetico-cosmetico.Il Gruppo comprende diversi brand che si concentrano sul settore a 360°, trattando prettamente formulazioni cosmetiche e tecnologie estetiche avanzate.
**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
In ottica di potenziamento della rete commerciale italiana, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare un Junior Sales Representative (Agente di Commercio).Sarà responsabile di gestire e sviluppare i rapporti commerciali con i professionisti legati al mondo dei Centri estetici presenti sul territorio assegnato, focalizzandosi sulla consulenza, promozione e vendita dei prodotti del portafoglio aziendale.
Si occuperà della formazione degli interlocutori di riferimento, della successiva fase di sell-out e assistenza post-vendita, diventando a tutti gli effetti un partner per i propri clienti.
Area di competenza: Sicilia o Calabria.
**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Si valutano profili junior, con almeno sei mesi/un anno di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, con provenienza anche da fuori settore. Sono richieste eccellenti competenze comunicative, attitudine alla vendita, nonché un forte orientamento agli obiettivi e possibilità di muoversi all’interno del territorio assegnato.
Solide capacità relazionali per lo sviluppo di relazioni professionali significative, autonomia ed eccellenti capacità organizzative sono caratteristiche fondamentali per ricoprire questo ruolo con successo.
**Cosa avrai in cambio**
Si offre collaborazione in azienda in P.IVA con rimborso fisso + provvigioni. Percorso di training e formazione sul settore e prodotti specifici.
