Sun System Group SRL è una realtà storica gallaratese, attiva da anni nel settore dei serramenti, oscuranti, porte e soluzioni outdoor.

L’azienda ha avviato un progetto di sviluppo strutturato, per l’ampliamento della Divisione Outdoor e B2B, stiamo rafforzando il nostro reparto Customer Care / CRM, con l’obiettivo di offrire un’esperienza sempre più strutturata e di valore ai clienti.

**Chi cerchiamo**:
Cerchiamo una persona da inserire con contratto a tempo determinato full-time (40 ore settimanali) nel ruolo di Lead Specialist - Customer Care a scopo di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.

È una figura centrale nel rapporto tra clienti e azienda, con un forte orientamento alla relazione e alla qualità del contatto.

**Cosa farai**

Sarai in prima linea nella gestione dei contatti con clienti e prospect, contribuendo a garantire continuità, ordine e qualità lungo il percorso di relazione, in coordinamento con i reparti interni.

**La persona che cerchiamo**
- Comunicativa, chiara e sicura, soprattutto nel contatto telefonico.
- buona capacità di espressione scritta e orale, con un lessico adeguato al contatto con varie tipologie di clienti
- Proattiva, ma capace di lavorare nel rispetto di procedure e standard aziendali.
- Attenta all’esperienza delle persone, clienti e colleghi, con un approccio collaborativo.
- Organizzata e metodica nella gestione delle attività quotidiane.
- A proprio agio con strumenti digitali e sistemi CRM.
- Diploma di maturità (o titolo equivalente).
- Residente nei comuni limitrofi a Gallarate
- Madrelingua italiana

**Cosa offriamo**
- Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, fascia diurna (indicativamente 09.00-13.00 14.30 -18.30)
- Retribuzione indicativa annua: a partire da 24.000,00 con sistema di incentivazione aggiuntivo
- Welfare aziendale e ticket restaurant (8 euro die)
- Dotazioni aziendali (computer e telefono).
- Inserimento in un progetto di sviluppo reale, con possibilità di crescita in azienda.

Sede di lavoro: Gallarate (VA)

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: a partire da €24.000,00 all'anno
