La Società nostra Cliente è una **realtà produttiva multinazionale leader di settore. P**er il coordinamento del reparto **R&D di una Business Unit specifica **ci ha incaricato di ricercare il seguente profilo:
**TECHNICAL MANAGER R&D - CHIMICA**
**SYNTHETIC MATERIALS**
**Posizione**:
Saranno sue principali **responsabilità**:
- Gestione di laboratorio R&D con 3 risorse dirette oltre al coordinamento funzionale di addetti al controllo qualità.
- Coordinamento e interfaccia costante con la produzione per ottimizzare i processi di industrializzazione dei prodotti.
- Progetti di innovazione dei prodotti esistenti e nuovi in funzione di nuove esigenze di mercato e delle normative di settore a livello internazionale.
- Progetti di innovazione e di ricerca di nuove materie prime sostenibili.
- Analisi e gestione di budget di progetto per garantire il target costing dei prodotti ed efficaci studi di fattibilità.
- Gestire le risorse / competenze in termini di efficienza e costi, anche attraverso la motivazione del team assegnato e di relativo sviluppo e formazione.
- Definire e assicurare il mantenimento dei budget operativi per il suo team e per il dipartimento.
**Requisiti**:
Il profilo ideale possiede una laurea in **Chimica**, **Ingegneria Chimica**, **Ingegneria dei Materiali**, o altre similari, ha maturato **esperienza** in ruoli di **coordinamento** in contesti di laboratorio e industrializzazione.
L’esperienza nel settore della **plastica** e la conoscenza dei **materiali sintetici** costituiscono requisito fondamentale (PVC - TPO / FPO - polimeri plastici - monomeri).
**Completano il profilo**: Per il ruolo ed il contesto internazionale dell’Azienda, è indispensabile una **buona conoscenza della lingua inglese**, sia parlata che scritta; leadership e forte propensione all’innovazione.
