**What you'll do**

Key Tasks:

- Implementation and monitoring internal and external related administration activities according to the existing processes
- Update und maintenance of data in internal systems where necessary
- Prepare presentations and communications if required with content guidance
- Support of reporting related activities with content guidance
- Maintenance and monitoring of Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Requisitions with content guidance and Invoices
- Scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings
**What you bring**
- Bachelor or Master Degree Student in HR, Event Management, Communications or similar
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Confident user of the Microsoft Office Package
- Detail and customer orientation
- Good organization skills
- Proactive, supportive and professional approach
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but not essential
