Insights Strategy and Execution, Manager Italy

Pfizer is hiring a talented and motivated Insights Strategy & Execution Manager.

The ISE Manager, Italy, will partner with the Italian commercial teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality strategic business decision support. As a member of the Insights Strategy & Execution organization, this colleague will partner Commercial teams, Commercial analytics groups as Data Science, Finance, Digital COEs, Chief Business Officer, COEs and other analytics functions as necessary to ensure all resources are fully and appropriately leveraged to deliver robust solutions to business issues.

The person in this role will assist to frame, investigate, and answer key business questions and deliver the analytics and insights to support the adaptation of global strategies and tactics for the local market. This will include This will include performance measurement, promotional excellence, customer analytics and segmentation, customer data mining and market research, as needed to uncover insights.

- Primary Responsibilities- Provide Analytic support in the market and interfacing with country commercial teams to provide data driven strategic guidance.- Understand key healthcare systems, data sources, and ability to merge those data sources in a meaningful way- In partnership with country stakeholders, recommend, define and implement business analytics plans that generate insights and influence business priorities and objectives.- Support promotional excellence projects, sizing and segmentation, ROI analysis to ensure the best investments.- Support customer/omni-channel analysis, customer journey development, data mining, workshopping insights into actions.- Ensure effective performance measurement and deliver regular assessments of portfolio performance to leadership. Ensure accuracy of the reports and clear articulation of the data and its meaning for the business.- Develop, commission and contract projects through preferred vendors.- Manage budgets associated with assigned activities.
- What You Offer

Basic Qualifications- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)- Strong analytical knowledge of analytics software and data visualization: MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, Tableau, power BI, Dataiku DSS, snowflake etc- Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Knowledgeable about study design and able to assess vendor technical capabilities.- Extensive experience in management of secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data is highly desired (ex. Midas).- Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into a meaningful ‘so what’ to drive concrete strategic recommendations and enable commercial decision making.- Expertise in the field of customer/omni-channel analytics- Previous demonstrated experience of forecasting revenues

Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of commercial, strategy, consulting and/or research/analytics experience, experience with budget and resource allocation management, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals experience highly preferred.- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred in a quantitative discipline.- Analytical Thinker: Understands how to synthesize facts and information from varied data sources- Data and Information Manager: Understands and uses analytical skills/tools to produce data in a clean, organized way to drive objective insights- Communicator: Can understand, translate, and distill the complex, technical findings of the team into commentary that facilitates effective decision making by senior leaders- Relationship Manager: Partners and brings forward recommendations/questions that influences stakeholders- Influencer: favorably influences people without direct authority- Collaborative: Manages projects with others; shares responsibility and credit- Project Manager: Articulates scope and deliverables of projects and delivers analyses within timelines- Self-Starter: Eager to take on new responsibilities and opportunities
