**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Junior Content Specialist** who’s eager to grow, think strategically, and create content that connects. You’ll join our Marketing & Communications team to support the development and execution of our content strategy—across technical documentation, commercial narratives, and social media engagement. This role offers close collaboration with engineers, designers, and external stakeholders.

**Tasks**:

- ** Strategy & Planning**
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Assist in planning and executing content strategies across brand’s channels, PR, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Contribute to the creation and monitoring of content strategy, informed by benchmarking, targeting analysis, and audience insights.
- Help identify KPIs and support reporting on engagement, performance, and ROI.
- ** Content Creation & Coordination**
- Produce clear, high-quality written and visual content tailored to different formats and audiences.
- Translate complex technical inputs from internal teams into accessible, compelling copy.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g. video, design agencies) to ensure creative assets meet brand standards.
- Ensure brand tone, style, and voice are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Lead content scheduling and publication processes using CMS, social platforms and other tools.
- ** Performance & Optimization**
- Track content performance metrics and user engagement to inform ongoing improvements.
- Support a data-driven approach to content strategy by analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and adjusting editorial direction accordingly.
- Propose optimizations to strategy, formats, and procedures based on insights from analytics.
- Collaborate on the preparation of regular reports to monitor effectiveness and guide future actions.
- ** Team & Culture**
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create engaging content.
- Support internal teams by training them on messaging, tone of voice, and content best practices.
- Contribute to a creative, innovative, and results-oriented team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
- At least two years experience in content creation and management, social media, or marketing strategy.
- Able to organize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CMS platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, HubSpot, etc.), and presentation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite).
- Proactive and curious, with a growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A content enthusiast with a passion for storytelling in the tech or the space domains.
