**Careers that Change Lives** Assistenza in sala, presentazione dei prodotti, supporto alle vendite in ambito Catheter Based Therapies (CBT). **A Day in the Life** - La persona che ricoprirà il ruolo di TDS (Therapy Development Specialist) oltre a fornire un supporto tecnico e specialistico in sala operatoria al fine di consentire un corretto utilizzo dei prodotti Medtronic contribuirà allo sviluppo della terapia interagendo con il personale medico direttamente coinvolto in sala ed anche con eventuali referral. - Parteciperà a presentazioni, convegni e meeting per supportare i colleghi Sales/TC nel dare ai medici tutte le informazioni necessarie sui nostri prodotti costruendo, nel contempo, solide relazioni. - Il TDS sarà coinvolto nel training e nell’ aggiornamento tecnico dei medici, del personale ospedaliero nonché di tutte le persone coinvolte nell’ utilizzo dei prodotti Medtronic. - Darà supporto nelle attività post marketing. - Dovrà inoltre essere abile nel costruire delle solide relazioni con i colleghi Sales/TC Medtronic e con le persone indirette presenti sul territorio, in modo da portare al medico un messaggio comune, chiaro e completo. - Fornirà ogni qualvolta il medico ne faccia richiesta, un supporto tecnico/ specialistico immediato avendo cura di condividere tutti i dati clinici necessari a dimostrazione dell’efficacia del prodotto. - Si farà carico della gestione di criticità sui nostri prodotti confrontandosi, in base alle necessità, con i colleghi della sede. - Inoltre il TDS dovrà avere buone competenze in ambito commerciale, in quanto trovandosi quotidianamente a contatto con medici e personale non-clinico avrà l’opportunità di condividere informazioni complete su prodotti, terapie e servizi. - Dovrà essere in grado di interagire con associazioni di pazienti e dovrà conoscere le varie dinamiche politico/amministrative all’interno degli ospedali di sua competenza. Il TDS, con l’aiuto del proprio responsabile, sarà quindi anche in grado di analizzare il mercato, sviluppare e mettere in atto delle strategie mirate allo sviluppo del business. **Must Have**: Laurea in ingegneria biomedica o materie scientifiche Knowledge dei dispositivi Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio di competenza; Problem Solving: capacità di affrontare il problema da più punti di vista aiutando il medico a trovare le migliori soluzioni ai problemi tecnici.
