Designer - Man Jersey

e border="0"> The resource will support the Man Design Team in all the activities related to Jersey Collections. Specifically, in research and development activities, in the definition of the collection proposal and in the realization of samples for the category. **Reseach**: - Collaborates in the research of images, products or anything else necessary for the realization of mood boards for the collections, identifying and consulting the various sources (publications, photographs, internet, fairs, visits to stores and competitors); - Visits to specialized fairs (i.e. Milano Unica, Première Vision, Pitti Uomo, etc.); - Conducts research trips to Vintage and Department stores. **Design creation**: - Collaborates in the proper execution of creative and technical drawings necessary for garment production; - Contributes to the production of line sheets in the manner and timeframe agreed; - Creates new creative proposals with Illustrator and InDesign; - Collaborates in the operational realization of mood boards. **Collection development**: - Contributes to the fabrics and materials research for Jersey category; - Develops color chart proposals in collaboration with the Design Team; - Supports in the management of prototypes and sample style adjustments; - Prepares reports relating to the combinations (i.e. materials that make up a garment, etc.) necessary to complete the BOMs; - Supports the Man Product Development Teams in the prototypes and sample making phase, respecting the company timing. **Presentations**: - Collaborates in the organization and staging of photo shoots; - Collaborates with stylists and the Design Team to create looks for photo shoots; - Collaborates in setting up presentations for buyers. Skills and abilities required: **Profile**: - Master Degree in Fashion Design or similar; - At least 5 years of previous experience with focus on Man Jersey: - IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), knowledge of Clo3D is considered a plus; - Fluent English, both spoken and written - Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility.
