**Business Overview**: MacDermid Alpha Circuitry Solutions as a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical products and processes used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards and electronic components. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes. **Job Purpose**: To lead business development throughout Italy, Turkey and the Balkan region. **Responsibilities**: - Maintain existing business to customers and develop new commercial business to the current customers and new customers with the support of the Commercial/Technical South Europe Circuitry Solutions Team and visit directly to customers - Provide periodic reporting to VP EMEA on commercial and technical activity on the territory - Define the commercial strategies to be carried out on the territory - Develop annual budgets and review quarterly and monthly forecasts - Maintain the Gross Margin aligned the requirements and evaluation the price list review - Financial P&L analysis - Manage the South Europe Circuitry Solutions Team **Requirements & Qualifications**: - Capable of understanding customer needs and providing exceptional customer service - High degree of accuracy and great attention to detail - Effective communication, in writing and verbally, both inside and outside the company - Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Develops effective relationships with customers and other team members - Independent and self-motivated to achieve goals - Effective time-management skills understand priorities and deliver on agreed goals - Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them **Skills**: - Fluent in Italian and English - Strong communicator and leadership skills - Experience in similar sector of activity - Team leading and development - Bachelor's degree preferred in chemistry or business **EEO Statement**: Element Solutions Inc is an E-Verify Company and provides reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in job applicant procedures.
