**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Additionally, this role will involve interfacing with the TSP and MC26 Technology and Finance teams to implement the optimal ticket sales process and services for the global public and MC26’s stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include competition schedule tracking, supporting B2B and B2C sales managers, and assisting with various ticketing tasks as required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the Ticketing System Implementation project, tracking TSP performance and any additional development needs.
- Interface with the TSP and MC26 Technology and Finance teams to implement optimal ticket sales processes and services.
- Track competition schedules for updates within the Ticketing system in collaboration with the Sport department.
- Assist B2B and B2C sales managers to leverage the Ticketing system for comprehensive client information and top-notch servicing.
- Assist with miscellaneous activities such as meeting organization, web-based stakeholder workshop organization, ticketing campaign initiatives, seating bowl map verifications, venue seating checks, and other ticketing tasks as required.
- Provide support for Games-time ticket sales and servicing for B2C and B2B.
**Requirements**:
- IT Project-based work experience (essential)
- Multi-team collaboration skills (essential)
- Fluent in Italian and English (essential)
- Understanding of Ticketing systems, via web and app/mobile or Event environment knowledge (desirable)
- Advanced skills with MS Office Excel, data management, and reporting (essential)
