As a **Commercial Service Specialist**, you will play a key part in expanding our service contract business by aligning closely with customer needs and collaborating across departments including Sales, Service, Credit, and Tender Teams.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Drive commercial initiatives by promoting warranty conversions, contract renewals, and upgrades.
- Prepare and send service contract renewal quotations 2-4 months before expiration.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and repair service offers.
- Manage incoming requests for quotations, purchase orders, order changes, billing, and service inquiries from customers and dealers.
- Register purchase orders and quotations in SAP, and track order fulfillment.
- Utilize SAP to access customer data, stock status, and order updates, and to process changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- University's degree or High school diploma with some years of experience.
- A previous working experience within customer care or service operations
- Good knowledge of MS Office packet and SAP
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Proven commercial skills
