**Position Foundations**:
The Demand & Inventory Planner will be at the core of our demand-driven Supply Chain transformation, reporting to the global Chief Supply Chain Officer, playing a key role in the development of an AI-based Demand Planning platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain a monthly statistical and commercial forecast in a make-to-stock business for EMEA region.
- Lead the S&OP process with other functions, such as Commercial, Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service as well as with General Managers
- Key role in the design and launch of an AI-based Demand Planning tool worldwide
- Optimize overall inventory level in different warehouses to meet customer needs and to achieve the set KPI’s on inventory days and working capital.
- Report KPIs and any criticality in a timely and effective manner to Top Management for an agile, flexible and resilient Supply Chain.
- Create a monthly Purchasing Plan to give visibility to production plants and to manage cash flow.
- Drive forecast accuracy improvements and update Supply Chain KPIs through Business Intelligence tools.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in demand and supply planning.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Very good analytical skills and proactive attitude.
- Team player and able to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Able to work under pressure, with ability to provide solutions and to manage risks effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in Demand Forecasting/Inventory Planning systems is a plus.
