**Tikehau Capital Graduate Program** helps build a valuable professional career boost.

Selected Graduate Analysts are chosen to pass several rotations between different teams to broaden their scope of work, discover Company’s operations in depth and gain crucial applicable skills for their career.

The Graduate Program consists of 3 rotations of 6 months each (18 months total), with the first one being held in the final integration team (the one you see in the announce).

We aim to give our Graduate Analysts a visible learning curve, exposure, and internal network opportunities.

**MISSIONS**:
Reporting to the local Head of Operations, you will integrate the Funds Operations tactical strategies team located in Milan and will be notably in charge of the following topics for a set of funds:
Performance Monitoring
- Funds’ NAV calculation and control (in conjunction with service providers),
- Cash reconciliations between banks & systems
- Contribution to quarterly investors’ reporting;
- Contribute to funds modelling (actual and forecasted performance) and monitoring of budgets.

Transactions
- Support closing of investments (loan settlement / funding of direct lending) ;
- Coordination of capital calls from & distributions to investors.

Controlling and Reporting
- Monitoring of funds’ treasury and investment capacities (« dry powder ») ;
- Maintain data in the Portfolio Management systems (Efront) notably assets (investment, interest payments, reimbursment..) and commitments (fund raising, capital calls, distributions ) ,
- Maintaining operational key information and referentials in the systems (EDM Neoxam),
- Ad hoc analysis for the Fund Managers or Investors.

Funds Operations
- Selection and Management of providers (custodians, accountants, auditors )
- Coordination of accounting and payments.

**PROFILE**:

- Analytical skills / Ability to synthesize
- Eager to learn / Asset Management Business knowledge is a plus
- Strong experience with Excel - knowledge of Efront an advantage
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Fluency in English / second European language an advantage
