**Client Description**:
International Italian Company, leader in the electric products field.
**Responsibilities**:
In the Marketing team of the corporate BU SMART HOME & BUILDING contributes to the growth of the Smart Home & Building Business ensuring the development of new products / services and takes care of the lifecycle management for the reference area of the Smart Home & Building portfolio.
- **
Market analysis**: ensures the monitoring of market size and competitors with both an overall and country by country view, ensures an in-depth knowledge of the needs of the customer, the competition and the reference market, with the aim to identify new opportunities and new products/services and verify the impact in terms of growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. In close collaboration with the local marketing and sales teams in the countries keeps track of local regulations and incentive programs updates of the market.
- ** Product Management**: ensures the marketing planning for the products/services of its reference area in collaboration with the Solution Marketing Manager; ensures the development and continuous improvement of products/services by guaranteeing the definition of functional specifications and the definition of the Business Plan of the product; provide inputs to the R&D Department by creating the product requirement specification; ensures the value proposition of new product/service; promotes integration of all phases related to product/service development from conception, design to market launch in close collaboration with PMO, TMK and all the other functions involved.
- ** Product lifecycle management**: ensures the monitoring of the lifecycle of products/services for its reference area, ensuring compliance with the roadmap of products and services in line with the needs of the target areas; ensures consistency with the positioning objectives, definition, promotion and monitoring of the marketing mix of products/services by making any corrective actions; guarantees the monitoring of the performance of the reference products/services;
At least 4/5 years of experience in the role in international companies of the Domotic or IoT industry, strong knowledge in the overall management of product development process in complex organization and in collaboration with R&D, quality, manufacturing, supply chain. Knowledge of digital services and business models for the reference area, experience with direct customers such as multi-utilities and ESCo.
