Indirect Procurement

Our client is an international automotive holding and we are seeking for a **Indirect Procurement**.
- Identify, lead and manage regional IDP cost reduction activities on non-centrally-led IDP purchased commodities and services (so-called local categories). This includes the development and the management of the procurement strategy for these categories. Regional IDP lead will be accountable for meeting the category and region/countries targets
- For centrally led categories (so-called integrated / coordinated categories), The Regional IDP lead will be responsible for ensuring data gathering, full collaboration with IDP European set-up, execution and implementation of pan-European category strategies in the Region
- Set up the right IDP organization in various areas to keep the overall department as cost efficient as possible (based on LKQE IDP KPI’s in terms e.g. # of sourcing initiative / year / FTE or spend managed / FTE, # of e-Auction / eSourcing, accuracy of the savings tracking,.) and in line with the LKQE IDP strategy to maximize the level of Spend under IDP management up to 75 to 80%
- Ensure regional team conducts supplier management review - together with Functional Teams and Operational teams according to corporate standards
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with key stakeholders (region/country management, operations, functions) through regular business review meetings and clear communication matrix. Ensure awareness of IDP achievements and projects across the organization via the Monthly Regional IDP Dashboard
- Pursue the deployment of the P2P global platform - Coupa - and enhance the usage on the S2P process. Participate to the overall Vendor-On-Boarding (VOB) and Contract Management processes / systems streamlining and participate to the deployment of the selected solution

**Key and Desired Skills**:

- Master Degree in Purchasing, business administration, finance or engineering
- At least 3 to 4 years of leadership experience of an procurement organization. Ideally in the logistics and warehousing business.
