Within Sealing Solutions & Materials Engineering, the “Sealing Technologies” team is now looking for a Technical Manager who can help develop power electronics supporting our core technologies for package sealing in Tetra Pak filling machines.

The position is based in **Modena (Italy)** and will report to the Sealing Technologies Manager.

**What you will do**:
As a Technical Manager, you will:

- be part of a team of technology experts working to design and develop electronic components and systems, to enable the sealing function of Tetra Pak packaging material in our filling machines
- be responsible to support the Line Manager in defining the overall competence and technical roadmap for electronics in the team.
- coordinate the technical work of the electronics specialists in the team, managing project requirements in alignment with all relevant stakeholders and securing that they are properly achieved in the different phases of the projects.
- be responsible for the technical coordination of suppliers engaged in development activities and during the commercial lifecycle of the released components, to secure business continuity. On top of the technical coordination, you will also autonomously act in first person in critical development activities and be accountable for sub system specification ownership.

**Who you are**:
We believe you have:

- Solid experience in coordination of a team
- Solid experience in managing electronics suppliers both in development phase and in commercial production phase
- Solid experience and interest in Systems engineering with special focus on requirement management
- Documented experience with power electronics regulatory aspects (EMC, ESD, tests and Documentation for CE Marking regulation, )
- Documented Experience with electronics documentation management (PCB requirement and specifications, BoM, Versioning, )
- Documented experience with hardware & firmware testing and validation (physical test benches, unit testing, )
- Experience in C language and Microcontrollers programming (low level driver, Communications Bus e.g. CAN, I2C, Ethernet, Bootloader, )

It is considered a plus:

- Former experience as electronics team leader
- Experience on automatic testing validation for hardware and firmware
- Experience on Magnetic components design like Power Transformers

You have strong stakeholder management skills to influence decision making, from technical level up to senior management level. Curiosity and hyperawareness in your field of competence is key.
