**OVERVIEW**
The Sales Administrator is part of the Customer & Markets function, and reports to the Sales Administration Manager.
At a mid-level experience, the Sales Administrator is responsible for processing sales administration activities, from order preparation to coordination of the shipment of finished products and is serving as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries with an important focus on German market.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process customers purchase orders
- Maintain and update sales and customers records
- Liaise with Supply Chain (production & logistics outbound) function to ensure timely deliveries
- Support the sales department with administrative tasks as required
- Process and verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments
**ABOUT YOU**
High school diploma in administration related field
+ 3 years experience as a Sales administrator, Sales support agent or similar role
Previous experience in manufacturing industry and international/multinational companies
Fluent in written and spoken German mandatory and English
Hands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce in particular) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Knowledge of ERP (Oracle/Sap)
Exceptional organizational, planning and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of customer service best practices
