**Description**

As an IT Governance & Performance Specialist you are responsible for strategic IT performance reporting for IT Leadership and IT Governance. You support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a structured IT Governance framework and provide performance metrics and insights that enable IT leadership to strategically steer the IT function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strategic key performance indicators to analyze the performance of the IT function, the value generated for the company and the progress towards the IT function’s and Hitachi Energy’s strategic goals
- Analyze IT performance data and provide IT leadership with visibility and actionable insights to strategically steer the IT organization
- Contribute to IT Governance Assessments and to improving IT Governance framework and policies in alignment with IT strategy, industry best practice / standards and regulatory requirements as applicable
- Engage in the maintenance of IT Governance documents and repositories
- Help raise awareness in the organization around IT Governance and facilitate discussions about strategic performance, provide related guidance and training

**Requirements**:

- Masters / Bachelor’s degree preferable in Information Management Systems, Business Administration
- 5+ years in IT Governance or IT Compliance in global companies
- Experience with analytics, performance reporting and analytics tools such as PowerBI
- Knowledge of IT governance and process frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
