If you share our determination to drive the transition to a low-carbon future, then this could be the job for you. We are currently seeking a **Delivery Manager **, reporting directly to **Genesis Head of Country **to join our **Strategic Advisory **team based in **Italy **, **Rome **.

**About the Job**

The purpose of this role is to take a leadership position in the operational Italian consulting organization with a particular focus on developing Strategic Consulting as part of the Early Advisory Practice. The primary purpose of the role is to build and grow the Italian and regional Strategic Consulting business volume and establish and grow the team.

The client focus for the Italian Early Advisory Practice will be working with energy clients with a focus on mid-and downstream to sell strategic advisory and investment advisory work (strategies & master plans, energy transition, strategic assessments, technology comparisons, etc.)

The purpose of the job spans multiple facets:

- **Early Advisory Services (EAS) Business Development**
- Build client relationships, win strategic work, manage backlog, maximize revenue.
- EAS ITA Marketing: Plan and execute ITA EAS marketing in collaboration with Marketing team
- EAS ITA Account Planning: Develop and execute on EAS ITA Account Planning. Adjust and realign planning as required to meeting objectives.
- EAS ITA Pipeline/ Opportunity Management: Take ownership and drive execution of pipeline and opportunity management for EAS. Includes active engagement with clients to drive opportunity identification and conversion.
- EAS ITA Tendering Oversight: Lead / oversee EAS ITA tendering efforts, aiming to optimize balance between Order Intake and Tendering Efficiency.
- **Ensuring quality execution**
- Ensure quality, manage client stakeholders.
- Project Delivery: Act as a senior project member on various client engagements, gathering EAS project execution experience and guiding the project team in project execution.
- **People development**
- Train, develop and mentor more junior resources during BD or project execution efforts. Provide continuous feedback.
- Identify and address skills gaps in the consulting organization.
- Work with P&C to develop training program including the BC Academy and other core consulting skills.
- **EAS Streamline offering**:

- Work with the relevant Head of Market to identify opportunities
- Develop and update strategic offering

**About You**

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following requirements:

- Consolidated experience coming from an advisory setting (5+ years of senior advisory experience)
- Strategic advisory
- Led office or dedicated offering with P&L or Revenue targets to achieve
- Team management of 5+ people
- 5+ year experience in energy industry (downstream experience)

**Minimum Experience**:

- Office or Business Unit leadership experience.
- Advisory experience in a BC setting

**Advantageous Experience**:

- Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking
- MBA

Qualifications: Master Degree and/or MBA

Languages: English Fluent
