**SEINGIM** ha iniziato la sua attività più di 25 anni fa in provincia di Venezia. Oggi è in grande espansione ed è una delle più importanti società italiane di ingegneria multidisciplinare con sedi in tutta Italia.

Il team è composto da **oltre 500 risorse** tra ingegneri, tecnici e project manager ed è guidato dallo scopo condiviso di fornire i migliori servizi di ingegneria per un mondo migliore e sostenibile.

Per ampliamento del nostro organico siamo alla ricerca di un **PROJECT ENGINEERING MANAGER**dedicato al mondo industriale (Oil&Gas, Power Generation, Chimico e Petrolchimico, Transizione Energetica ecc.).

**Descrizione**

In particolare, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestione e verifica della documentazione técnica di commessa
- Analisi delle esigenze tecniche di commessa
- Pianificazione delle attività di ingegneria
- Monitoraggio dello sviluppo tecnico della commessa;
- Gestione delle varie discipline coinvolte sullo sviluppo dei progetti
- Interfaccia con il Project Manager di commessa
- Gestione delle relazioni con il cliente

**Profilo ricercato**
- Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico
- Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi nell’ambito industriale
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per la gestione di progetti internazionali
- Capacità di lavorare in team e interfacciarsi a più livelli
- Capacità di gestire un team di lavoro
- Ottime capacità di problem solving
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di negoziazione
- Flessibilità, proattività e desiderio di entrare in un contesto fortemente dinamico e in forte crescita
