Qhse & Quality Control Specialist (M/F)

**Job purpose**
La figura verrà inserita nel team Quality e HSE a diretto riporto del QHSE & Quality Manager, con il seguente scopo:
- Supporto al Team QC al fine di poter eseguire il flusso di controllo qualità dei progetti;
- Supporto al QHSE/RSPP aziendale per l’adempimento degli obblighi in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro nell’ottica della riduzione degli infortuni e delle malattie professionali e al mantenimento dei sistemi di qualità e ambiente dell’azienda in conformità alle normative nazionali e internazionali sugli standard tecnici previsti.
**Main accountabilities**:
Le attività includeranno quanto segue:
- Ricevere le richieste documentali dal Cliente e sollecitare l’emissione documentale da parte delle diverse funzioni aziendali;
- Provvedere alla stesura della documentazione necessaria per il controllo qualità e verificare la corrispondenza con le richieste del Cliente;
- Interfacciarsi con i Clienti e con le diverse funzioni aziendali fino al raggiungimento del processo di approvazione della documentazione;
- Gestire i data entry per il reparto Qualità;
- Collettare, registrare e smistare le certificazioni ed i book certificativi ricevuti dai fornitori come da procedura;
- Preparare ed aggiornare i file material expediting list per tutte le commesse;
- Eseguire Expediting e ricevimento progress report di progetto dai fornitori; Controllo delle scadenze in materia di Sicurezza, Ambiente e Qualità.
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 12 mesi, con l'obiettivo di un inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
Profil
**Education and experience required**:
- Diploma di scuola superiore.

- Capacità di teamwork; Pianificazione e organizzazione.

- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office;
- Conoscenze di tecniche e metodologie di auditing.
