SGR - Alternative investment funds
- Min 2 years of experience in advisory/fund selector
**Azienda**:
SGR focused on alternative investments in private equity (mostly funds of funds) with a global exposure.
- Lead rigorous due diligence of asset managers and other investment opportunities, including** qualitative and quantitative analyses** of a manager's portfolio, performance, strategy and team
- Develop **quantitative models (DCF, Multipli) and business plans** for monitoring and estimate investment performances
- Develop **relationships with investment **managers** and placement agents to source new investment opportunities
- Finalisation of **legal documentation **including coordination of legal & tax team and negotiations with legal advisors; the diligence process concludes with a Final Investment Recommendation
- **Investment Monitoring and Portfolio Management** including quarterly review of portfolio of invested managers
- Interaction with Clients on the overarching strategy within asset classes, manager selection and portfolio construction
**Competenze ed esperienza**:
- Undergraduate degree from a top institution
- 2-3 years of experience in asset management (preferably as fund selector) or in a due diligence/valuation team of an M&A or consulting firm
- Passion for investing and strong quantitative and problem solving skills
- detail-orientation and superior oral and written communication skills
- Excellent English knowledge
